Railroad Cleaners offers laundry pickup and delivery services at no additional cost. We offer laundry pickup and delivery services in a 5 mile radius from our location at 2195 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA. If you aren’t sure you’re in our service area, give us a call at (925) 252-9200.
Laundry Pickup/Delivery Information
- Do I have to be at home when pickups and deliveries are made?
- No. Before the service begins, a convenient spot to leave your clothes will be agreed upon.
- Is there any type of extra charge other than what I pay for cleaning?
- No. There is no extra charge for this service.
- How do I pay for my dry cleaning and laundry?
- We establish a charge account and bill you the day that we pick up your clothes. Bills are due and payable upon receipt.
- What time will the driver arrive?
- The delivery time is from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm, but you will find that the driver is usually in your area at the same time each service day. However, due to the number of customers our route driver services, we cannot keep individual appointments.
- Do you provide a pick up bag?
- Yes. You will be provided a bag for your laundry and dry cleaning.
- What if I have a problem or a special request with my order?
- Railroad Cleaners is committed to providing our customers with the best quality and services possible. If you have a special request or a problem, leave a note with your next order. We will respond immediately and do our best to satisfy your needs.
- What if I don’t get all my garments back the next delivery day?
- You should expect everything to be returned the next delivery day. If there is a discrepancy, call us immediately, sometimes if garments are heavily stained they might need extra time to clean. We will notify you if this happens. Alterations, leather, and suede garments can take a little longer.
- What if I didn’t get a pickup?
- Call us! There may be a reason why we could not make a pickup (e.g., dog, gate locked) we always try to arrange an extra pick up if you did not get yours as scheduled.
- What if I don’t use the service regularly?
- No problem! We will keep your account open and stop by when you call us. (No later than one business day before your scheduled pick up day).
- Do you take back hangers?
- Yes. Just place them in your pick up bag with your clothes.
